E-mail follow-up tailored to each shopping cart
The module allows you to create " follow-up rules " according to:
● Customer information (country, age, marital status, group, loyalty...)
● The shopping cart content (amount, product, productcategory ...)
● Running period (Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day....)
You will also be able to set:
● Time limits: time limits for considering a cart as abandoned, time limits for deleting generated coupons that have expired. Reminders are executed as soon as the defined deadline has expired.

Several types of follow-ups
Two types of follow-up notice to manage your follow-up process as you wish:
● "Standard": Automatic e-mail with personalized cart content sent to the customer. You choose your e-mail and the delay before being sent.
● "Manual": You specify one or more e-mail addresses of your employees. They will receive a notification with the customer information to inform them to contact the customer and communicate in a more targeted way.

Setting up follow-up rules
Create unlimited number of dunning rules via the sections of the module:
1. Information section: General information (rule name, status)
2. Discount section: Specify if the rule includes a coupon
3. Condition section: Manage under which conditions the rule will be applicable by selecting:

Bon module. Attention toutefois, contrairement à d'autres modules, vous ne pouvez pas appliquer différentes règles à un même panier, c'est parfois restrictif quand vous voulez varier les actions sur les relances.
